3. Scope, pricing and deadlines

Final project scope, pricing, delivery dates, revisions and specific requirements should be agreed before paid or substantial development work begins. Website budget ranges are indicative request fields, not automatic quotations.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and, where applicable:

• Required content, assets and access needed for development.
• Timely feedback and approvals.
• Permission to use any materials supplied to GearLevel.
• Keeping account credentials secure.

5. Custom development

GearLevel provides custom digital development services. Features, compatibility, support and revision terms can vary by project and should be defined in the agreed project scope.

6. Intellectual property

Ownership or licensing of custom project deliverables should be defined as part of the individual project agreement. Third-party software, assets, libraries and platforms remain subject to their own terms.

7. Third-party platforms

Projects may depend on third-party services or platforms such as hosting providers, game platforms, APIs or external libraries. GearLevel cannot control changes, outages or restrictions imposed by those services.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, submit malicious content or use GearLevel services for unlawful activity.

9. Availability

GearLevel may update, maintain or change website features when necessary. Continuous uninterrupted availability of the website or client area is not guaranteed.
